Wasn't very happy..picked up my 2 chairs,not in boxes or in plastic or covered at all.. got them home and must of been display models as scratched and dusty,and 1 had a split on arm..took back to store and female said,dont have anymore but kept and when u see them back in online return them..are u not silupposed to discount items if display models?

Absolutely superb. The items were in stock & picked within the hour. Messages to let me know that the items were ready. Staff were friendly and helpful

Happy, except the parcel was dumped heavily on delivery, breaking-open the box and breaking-off a small piece of plastic. I haven't had chance to open the box to see if there is more damage yet. I took photos just in case. Myself and two others were in the house when it was delivered, but none of us heard the doorbell.

Click and collect is great.
Literally works as it should. Buy online so you know it’s in stock when you get there and collect from desk.

Ordered the item on line through Homebase website which was easy to navigate. Paid for item through PayPal and received a text and code to say it was ready within one hour. Went to the Bishop Auckland to collect and it was ready and waiting. Did some browsing and bought other items at the same time. Easy transactions, store well laid out and aisles well marked with items available

Good delivery service

Garden edge fencing in stock as per website for Honiton, but unable to locate in store. Went customer service “miserable”lady who stated if we have got them they will be outside down the back. Eventually did find ourselves inside the store just laying down not obvious to see.

Went to collect my online order, staff were uninterested and barely made eye contact continuing to chat amongst themselves ?

The website states click & collect, however, what they do not tell you is that the click & Collect only applies to a limited range of items, not everything. It should state Click & Collect maybe.

Ordered easily online and called to check there was aircon in stock and the man I spoke to was very helpful and friendly! Got it on time for the heatwave which was a relief with a little baby!
